Pace completes OSHA 10 training for 100% of our field personnel. In an ongoing effort to ensure safe workplaces, Pace instituted a requirement that all field employees have a minimum OSHA 10 certification. All Pace foreman must have an OSHA 30 certification or better. This is a primary concern for Pace, so stay tuned for more news on this important topic.

  • LaGuardia Airport is an airport in the northern part of the New York City borough of Queens in the United States. It is on the waterfront of Flushing and Bowery Bays in East Elmhurst and borders the neighborhoods of Astoria and Jackson Heights. The airport is the third busiest airport serving New York City, and the twentieth busiest in the United States. LaGuardia Airport covers 680 acres.
  • The tower is located along Central Park South; when complete the building will have 65 floors, and will include 150 units. Completion is expected in 2017. When completed, the tower will be the tenth-tallest building in New York City, slightly shorter than Four World Trade Center.
  • The building, designed by Jean Nouvel, initially was proposed to stand 1,250 feet (381 m) tall (the same height as the Empire State Building below its mast). The building's skin would contain a faceted exterior that tapers to a set of crystalline peaks at the apex of the tower[1][14] Due to this, the project is said to be one of the most exciting additions to New York's skyline in a generation.

  • The Baccarat Hotel and Residences is a skyscraper at 20 West 53rd Street, Manhattan. It was constructed between 2012 and 2014 by Tribeca Associates and is 184.8 metres (606 ft) high. It is organized as a luxury hotel with 26 suites and a set of apartments. It stands opposite the Museum of Modern Art.
  • 46-story, 39-unit hotel condominium located at 246 Spring Street at the corner of Varick Street in the Hudson Square[3] neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. It was announced in 2006[4] and completed in 2008.[1]
  • Northern Greenpoint has construction on every corner, but the biggest new building headed to the formerly quaint waterfront neighborhood is a 39-story tower at 145-155 West Street, once home to the Huxley Envelope factory. Mack Real Estate and Palin Enterprises demolished the large single-story building in January, and now they’re driving piles for the planned 392-foot-tall high rise between Huron and India Streets on the East River.

  • The Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse is a Classical Revival courthouse located at 40 Centre Street on Foley Square in the Civic Center neighborhood of lower Manhattan in New York City. The building, designed by Cass Gilbert and his son, Cass Gilbert Jr., is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as U.S. Courthouse. Cauldwell Wingate Construction.
  • Built in 1914, this high rise building is 18 stories tall and contains 69 apartments. It is located in the area commonly known as the Upper West Side. Cauldwell Wingate Construction.
  • Located in the southwest corner of the World Trade Center (WTC) redevelopment site, in the south bathtub, is the Vehicular Security Center and Tour Bus Parking Facility (VSC) construction project. As part of a comprehensive logistics plan developed by the Port Authority, the VSC was designed with the purpose of being a state-of-the art security screening check point for all buses, trucks and cars accessing the WTC site and parking facilities.   • Fiterman Hall, located at 30 West Broadway between Barclay and Park Place, was damaged in the September 11, 2001, attack on the World Trade Center (WTC) when falling debris from 7 World Trade Center left it with significant damage in its south fa?ade. The 15-story building, constructed as an office building in the 1950s, had served as an extension of the 199 Chambers Street campus of the Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) since 1993.
